    Bill our head chef wakes up bright and early on Saturday to fire up the coals in the beer garden, and put a Lamb on the spit for the locals. So leave it to Bill, have a sleep in on Saturday and stumble on in to the Iron Duke in the afternoon to enjoy tender, succulent lamb off the bone with a cold schooner in hand.
